Calgary couple Carol and Paul Gracia are playing host to a very special visitor this week.
For the first time, they’ll be meeting the Texas stranger who saved their son’s life.
Erik, now a healthy nine year old boy, was battling leukemia and needed a bone marrow transplant a few years ago.
Brent Lewelling, 23, registered to be a donor in high school and immediately agreed to help.
Erik calls Brent, “Superman Bone Marrow.”
During the five day visit, the Gracia and Lewelling families will take a trip to Banff and get a backstage tour of the Grandstand Show at the Calgary Stampede.
