Okotoks RCMP seize weapons and drugs in search of residence

OKOTOKS (660 NEWS) – Three people face multiple charges after the recovery of weapons, drugs and over $2,000 in cash, in a town just south of Calgary.
On Nov 23, at around 5 a.m., Okotoks RCMP executed a Search Warrant with the assistance of RCMP Emergency Response Team on a residence on Cimarron Meadows Crescent.
The search resulted in the seizure of firearms, prohibited weapons, drugs with a total street value of $3,500, assorted steroids in powder, liquid, and tablet forms, and $2,205 in cash.
Kavon Sharifi-Jamali, 25, Simon Sharifi-Jamali, 32, and Danielle Stankevich, 27, all face charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine.
They are all set to appear in Okotoks Provincial Court on Dec. 14.
