1 in serious condition after Calgary workplace accident: EMS
One person is in serious condition after a workplace incident in Calgary’s southeast Wednesday afternoon, EMS says.
A spokesperson tells CityNews crews were called to an incident at a construction site on Legacy Grove SE around 1 p.m.
When EMS got there, crews began treating a man who was partially trapped under some construction infrastructure in an open foundation.

Calgary Fire extricated the victim before he was taken by ambulance to Foothills Hospital, EMS add.
