Adult, kid taken to hospital following SE Calgary rollover

By CityNews Staff

One adult and a child were taken to hospital Tuesday following a rollover crash in Calgary’s southeast.

Calgary police say it happened just before 9 a.m. on 59 Avenue SE, just west of Deerfoot Trail.

Investigators believe a vehicle hit a fire hydrant and then struck a tree, which fell on the vehicle.

The Calgary Fire Department (CFD) were called to extract the adult driver and a child from the car.

Both people are in stable condition.
