31-year-old killed in collision involving school bus east of Edmonton

Alberta RCMP say a 31-year-old has died following a collision between a passenger vehicle and a school bus on Monday morning.
Mounties responded to a report of a collision at the intersection of Range Road 170 and Township Road 502 in Beaver County, Alta — roughly 75 km east of Edmonton.
Through the initial stages of the investigation, reports indicate that the school bus, which was driving north, allegedly failed to yield at the intersection, which resulted in the collision.
The bus driver and a teenager who was the sole occupant of the bus were uninjured; however, RCMP say the 31-year-old who was driving the other vehicle was declared dead at the scene.
An investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
