Some plane crash survivors are now preparing for a potential lawsuit against Delta Airlines. Shauna Hunt with more on the crash investigation and the continued delays at Pearson airport. 

Crown prosecutors sought a 10-year sentence for Pat King, for his role in anti vaccine mandate protests in Ottawa. King’s attorney sought time served. Justice Charles Hackland decided on 3 months of house arrest, and 1 year probation.

The federal government says the planned rail network will span approximately 1,000 kilometres, reach up to 300 kilometres an hour, and cut travel times in half.

‘Freedom Convoy’ organizer Pat King was sentenced to three months of house arrest which includes 100 hours of community service at a food bank or men’s shelter.
