Immigration fraud a ‘priority’ after Alberta’s Bill 26: Calgary lawyer

The Alberta government is aiming to take more oversight on Alberta’s immigration system. One lawyer says it should have an effect on “bad players”. But as James Dunn reports, those in the service industry think it could do more harm than good.
