The Canada Border Services Agency has kicked some Calgary crooks out of the country.
69 year old James Hester has been given the boot because of his involvement with a Ponzi Scheme that bilked investors out of over $600 thousand dollars.
The other two men, Sukjhit Sooch and Arvin Dizon have both served time in Calgary for serious crimes and are also barred from returning to Canada.
The Canada Border Services Agency’s Lisa White says their convictions are not acceptable here in our country.
She says they are fully commited to investigating every case but the various right to recourse of a certain person may not apply to everyone.
