Rietze expected in court today

Bradley Rietze is expected back in court today.

The 45-year-old is accused in the death of his step-daughter Brittney McInnes.

McInnes was found stuffed inside the box spring mattress of her bed in Canyon Meadows two weeks ago.

Rietze was in court on Monday. His case was postponed until today to give him time to find a lawyer.
