A man in the south west Calgary neighbourhood of Haysboro has furry problem.
Les says a cat has been stuck way up the spruce tree in his yard since Thursday, and people are banging on his door asking him to do something about it.
The fire department has been out twice, but tells him the fearful feline is too high up the tree for them to get down.
Les is hoping maybe a tree trimming company will take sympathy on him and his neighbours, and help get the yowling cat back on solid ground.
