RCMP officer charged with break and enter

An RCMP officer accused of breaking into a Cochrane home on Valentines Day has been charged with one count of break and enter

22-year old constable Keith Anderson will also face an internal code of conduct investigation.

He is presently suspended with pay and will appear before a judge on March 9th. The charge stems from a complaint received on Valentines Day from a woman in her seventies.

She said a man was unlawfully in her house.

The inspector said no further details will be released until Anderson appears in court.
