Sunday marked the fourth annual L’Arche Calgary Cake Walk.
The event raises funds for L’Arche people with disabilities.
Shawna Ogston with the event checked out the creations at the S.A.I.T. campus.
She tells 660News, “Basically it’s sort of like what you would see on TLC, like Cake Boss, and they have these amazing cakes that are decorated by professionals and novices. Everyone can judge as to which is the best.”
This is the only competition of its kind in the province.
Ogston says one of the cakes looks a lot like a Dr. Seuss house while one of the chocolate entries was a marching band.
