Bus to link Airdrie to Calgary

Airdrie is set to launch its first public bus service to Calgary this fall.

It’ll cost $7 for a one-way trip.

The Calgary Herald reports Airdrie Council bought three long buses that will link the community of 38,000 to Calgary.

The town’s mayor, Linda Bruce says residents have long said bus service to Calgary is the one big thing Airdrie residents have told her the town is lacking for services.
