High risk offender alert

Calgary police have issued a warning about the release of a high risk sex offender.
27 year-old Matthew Ralf Harks has been released into the Calgary area after serving a 3-year federal prison term for sexual assault.
Police are warning the public that Harks has criminal convictions for attacking little girls.
He did not know his victims and has used manipulation to gain access to children.
Harks is being supervised with assistance from the Calgary Police Service High Risk Offender Program.
