Dogs seized after vicious attack

Two American bulldogs have been seized after a brutal attack.
They left a bichon shitzhu so badly beaten it had to be put down.
It happened along 36th Street NE.
They also attacked a woman after they were through with the dog, pulling at her arm.
Bylaw tells the Calgary Sun the owners have been charged with offences causing injury and danger to another animal.
The dogs haven’t attacked like this before, but are unlicenced.
They’ll remain in custody until a vicious dog hearing concludes.
