Road work to create headaches for drivers again

The season for road work and frustrated drivers is upon us again.

Fifteen big construction projects are set to slow traffic all around Calgary.

The transportation department tells the Calgary Herald, construction this summer will be a little lighter than in previous years, because several of the projects are set to finish in the next month.

Work will include expansions to the southeast ring road, the interchange at Glenmore Trail and 37th Street SW and the Portland Street Bridge over Blackfoot Trail.
