Noah Kirkman returning to Canada

A Calgary boy stuck in the United States for two years can finally come home.

Last week, an Oregon judge ruled that 12-year-old Noah Kirkman can come back to Calgary to be with his family.

He’ll live with his grandparents first before going back home to his mom.

His grandmother tells the Calgary Sun Noah couldn’t stop smiling after hearing the news.

US authorities seized Noah after finding him riding a bike without a helmet in Oregon two years ago while visiting his stepfather. He’s been in four American foster homes since then.
