City parking authority comes under fire

A new report suggests that many of the complaints launched by Calgarians toward the Calgary Parking Authority may be warranted.
An investigation uncovered plenty of criticism. A consultant’s report found the authority is suffering from perceived arrogance, poor media relations and a lack of strong service focus.
The consultant was hired by the city’s transportation committee which passed 12 recommendations contained in the report.
