Going on vacation may be a stress reliever, but planning one certainly isn’t.
Almost 30 per cent of Albertans get at least moderately stressed when planning their time off, according to a new Angus Reid poll.
Women were also more likely to get stressed about their impending vacation than men.
Parents also find it taxing to plan a getaway if it includes their kids.
