Thousands of artifacts from the Highwood Museum in High River will soon move to storage.
The eight thousand heirlooms have been sitting inside two schools since the roof of the museum went up in flames last month.
Many of the historic items suffered smoke and water damage.
Before the school year starts up again, the artifacts will be moved to two storage units in the town.
The cause of the blaze is still not known.
