High risk offender released

Calgary police are warning a high risk offender has been released into the general public.
50-year-old Kelly Raymond Davey just finished serving a two year federal sentence for sexual assault and failing to comply with a probation order.
His criminal record dates back to 1978 and police say he has a history of assaulting strangers and people he is in a relationship with.
Davey will be monitored for the next two years by the Calgary Police Service High Risk Offender Program.
