Fatal pedestrian accident in Forest Lawn

A pedestrian has been hit and killed by a car in the community of Forest Lawn.

Police tell 660News it appears that a pedestrian walked in front of a vehicle traveling eastbound on 17th Avenue southeast through the intersection with 47th Street.

It is early in the investigation, but police say at this point it does not appear the driver will face charges.
