It’s a rock concert, with a message.

Rock the River Tour West takes over Canada Olympic Park Saturday, with the hope of helping youth make positive choices.

Franklin Graham, head of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse, is excited about the possibility of changing thousands of lives in the city.

The concert brings together over 174 local churches to host the seven hour event.
