Canadians worried about U.S. egg recall

Canada’s egg producers are trying to calm fears in light of a salmonella outbreak in the U.S. linked to tainted eggs.

More than half a billion eggs have been recalled and 1300 Americans have been sickened.

He also points out none of the suspected contaminated eggs have been sold in Canada, and most grocery stores in this country get their supply from Canadian producers.
