Man charged in Bankview stabbing

Police have charged a man with 2nd degree murder after a stabbing in the southwest community of Bankview.

A man died of apparent stab wounds after visiting an apartment in the 1500 block of 21st Ave SW Friday afternoon.

30-year-old Ahmed Abdulkadir Mohamed is charged with one count of second-degree murder.

The name of the victim is being withheld until his family can be notified.
