The weather is set to get even cooler as fall gets into full swing, but the new season’s TV line-up is heating up with several new shows.

For those people who like TV made for grown-ups, Swerve TV writer Ruth Myles tells 660News you should definitely check out HBO’s big budget offering Boardwalk Empire, which premieres on September 19th.

“Martin Scorsese directed the first episode and it blows everything out of the water,” she says.

As for shows you should skip, she says they include Better With You and Jimmy Smits’ new show, Outlaw.
