An Air Canada plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Calgary International Airport Thursday morning.

The pilot reported mechanical difficulties on the flight, which was en route from Calgary to Toronto.

Police, fire and EMS were all called to the airport just after 10 a.m.

158 people were reported to be on the plane. One of the passengers tells 660News he braced for a hard landing.

There were no complications during the landing.
