It’s game on for the Calgary Flames as they head up the QE II to open up the 2010 – 2011 season against the Edmonton Oilers.
The experts have mixed feelings about how well the team will do this year.
No matter what the experts say, fans on the Red Mile have high hopes for their home team.

Adam says following a hot 7-0 pre-season, he thinks things are only going to get better. He’s already predicting what players are going to make strong showings.
“Iggy is going to light it up,” he says.
He says if the Flames keep up their momentum, he’s sure Calgary fans will get to see a sea of solid red blanket around the city come playoff season.
