Saddledome now called Scotiabank Saddledome

Gone is Pengrowth and in is Scotiabank. The home of our Calgary Flames is now called the ScotiaBank Saddledome.
Flames President Ken King tells 660News the name will be around for at least another ten years.
Captain Jarome Iginla says he is happy with the new name.
“Scotiabank is a big supporter of the NHL, the community and I love that they have the grassroots level involvement and bring out the kids before the game,” says Iginla.
Scotiabank signage is prominent with in the dome’s seating bowl but exterior signage likely won’t be up before December.
