Real estate firm Royal Lepage says the average price of a detached bungalow in Calgary rose 2.7 per cent in the third quarter from the same period a year ago.
The price was just under $413,000, compared to the national rate of $324,500.
The firm says Canada’s real estate market is showing signs of returning to normal with wild swings in housing activity that were driven by economic uncertainty appearing to subside.
