CREB issues green challenge

Calgarians are being challenged to figure out how environmentally friendly their home is.

The Calgary Real Estate Board has issued its “Go Green” challenge.

The twelve-month pilot project involves adding the EnerGuide rating system to Calgary listings on the Multiple Listing Service.

It’s the first project of its kind in Alberta and one of the first in the country.
