Charting Alberta’s future workforce

130 officials from all walks of labour life have gathered in Edmonton to chart the course for Alberta’s future workforce.

The province’s employment and immigration minister says Alberta needs to be ready for the next stage of the province’s growth and we have to ensure a skilled, productive and innovative workforce is in place when that happens.

Participants in the forum will take part in panel discussions identifying ways to meet those future workforce needs.
