Community mourns Nicholas Baier

The murder of 18-year-old Nicholas Baier is a big blow to the residents of the tiny hamlet where he was from.
Baier was planning on returning to the community of Altario after he finished high school.
Rick Strankman, who owns a ranch near the community about 400 kilometers northeast of Calgary, tells the Calgary Sun he was one of the few people who promised to move back to the rural area.
Strankman calls Baier a brilliant kid.
Another resident says the whole community is feeling the loss.
