2010 Satisfaction Survey numbers are in

For the second year in a row, Calgarians overall satisfaction in the city is improving.

The 2010 edition of the Citizen Satisfaction Survey found 94 per cent of city resident’s think the overall quality of services the city provides is good, that’s up three percentage points from the last survey.

“It’s a great compliment for our employees and the work they do,” says Owen Tobert, City Manager. “This feedback from citizens is particularly encouraging, given the financial constraints, coupled with increased demand over the past year.”

What concerns city residents most are infrastructure, traffic and roads while crime, safety and policing has moved down the list.
