Local dentist offers candy buyback

One Calgary dentist is offering to buy back some Halloween treats from Calgary kids who may have a few too many.
The Evans Centre for Dental Health and Wellness tells 660News they will give a dollar for every pound of candy handed in.
Kids also get the chance to win an iPod with every pound of candy turned over.
More than 900 pounds of candy was taken off the street last year.
The Halloween candy buyback runs Monday between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. at the Dr. Evans clinic in the Market Mall Professional Building.
