First tenants to move into The Bow next fall

Encana’s Bow tower has reached its peak height of 59 storeys and the first tenants should be able to move in next fall.

Michael Brown with developer Matthews Southwest tells 660News the massive project is still on schedule.

He says as parts of the building are completed, companies will start to move in.

The final tenants should be in by early spring 2012.

Brown says a substantial number of retailers, who he can’t name, are expressing interest in setting up in the downtown skyscraper.

The Bow has nearly two million square feet of space and will be Canada’s tallest office building outside of Toronto.
