Calgary police are putting a homicide from earlier this year back under the microscope.
On Monday, May 3, 2010, police found a man dead in the doorway of his home on Edgeridge Green in the northwest.
An autopsy determined 41-year-old Zhi Heng Xu, also known as Donny Tu, died from a gunshot wound.
Police are looking for the occupants of a vehicle seen in the area at the time. It is described as an early 2000 dark coloured four door Japanese model car, which may have had a loud muffler.
Investigators are also looking to identify a man seen leaving the scene, who is described as of Asian or Arabic descent, approximately 5’7″ tall and 170lbs.
The killing is not gang related and police say they have a number of suspects and possible motives but are still looking for more tips from the public.
Anyone with information about the identity of either the vehicle occupant(s) or the man is asked to call police at 403-266-1234 or you can also contact Crime Stoppers.
