Alberta health care debated

The state of Alberta health care was hotly debated in the legislature this afternoon.

Tory MLA Dr. Raj Sherman made a passionate plea for an examination of the system, speaking against party policy.

Liberal leader David Swann says Sherman’s speech should be a wake-up call for the Tories.

Swann went on to say, that if changes to the system aren’t made soon, several departments around the province will be overwhelmed.
