A holiday tradition in Calgary is about to kick off for another year as the Calgary Zoo launches Zoolights 2010.
This year’s highlights include over 1.5 million lights and 200 displays.
Kids can also talk to Santa direct from the North Pole and even download a copy as a souvenir.
The Kid’s Winter Fun-derland will include Snow Bowling, Reindeer Stables, Snowball Alley and even a chance to build your own igloo.
Old favorites like the Tunnel of Love and Candy Cane Lane will also be back along with crackling firepits and creamy hot chocolate.
Zoolights goes every night from November 26th to January 2nd from 6pm til 9pm but is closed on Christmas Day.
Everyone who brings a non-perishable food item for the Calgary Inter-faith Food Bank will receive a 2011 2 for 1 zoo admission.
