Habitat for Humanity is celebrating two important milestones today.

The construction and dedication of it’s 100th home and the 20th anniversary of the Calgary chapter of the society.

Andrea Hilatti, manager of fund development for the society, tells 660News a typical house built by habitat fits in almost anywhere as the homes are designed to match the specifics of the community they’re built in.

The new homes dedicated today are in the community of Elgin in Mackenzie Towne.
