Calgary home prices are expected to get a modest bump.
The Conference Board of Canada predicts a short-term year-over-year growth in housing prices of between five to seven per cent.
Realtor Christina Hagerty tells The Calgary Herald Calgarians she’s hearing from are confident their jobs are staying put, which is helping to fuel a little more optimism.
She says most people in the local market right now are either first-time buyers or investors looking to rent to those who are still too nervous to buy.
