The leader of the Wildrose Alliance says her party will spend 2011 getting ready for a provincial election likely to hit the following year.
Danielle Smith says she spent the past year travelling to almost every community across the province to give people a chance to see what the right-wing party stands for.
She says one of the big issues in the new year will be the deficit and whether the Stelmach government has the ability and discipline to get spending under control and adds health care will also continue to be a big issue.
The next election is expected to be held in March of 2012.
