Raj Sherman to run again

He may have been forced out of the Alberta Tory caucus, but maverick MLA Raj Sherman hasn’t been turned off politics.

Sherman tells The Calgary Sun he will seek re-election in his riding of Edmonton-Meadowlark.

He doesn’t know yet if he’ll run as an independent or join a different party.

Sherman, an emergency room physician, was kicked out of the Stelmach government caucus after strongly criticizing its handling of the health care system.
