Three years after a Calgary man was shot to death in Thailand, family and friends are frustrated a trial for the man charged has still not begun.
They gathered at a memorial service to remember Leo del Pinto last night.
His father, Ernie tells the Sun that it’s insulting that the accused former Thai police officer has already been convicted of killing his wife last September, but has not gone to trial for Leo’s murder.
He’s hoping he won’t have to spend another Christmas waiting for justice.
