The situation on the highways into B.C. isn’t getting any better.
Highway 93 south is still closed between Castle Junction and Radium due to avalanche risks. www.drivebc.ca says that highway will not open until 5 o’clock Monday evening but confidence is low in that happening.
The TransCanada is also closed between Revelstoke and Glacier National Park and may open Monday afternoon, but confidence there is low as well.
Field to Golden will not open until Wednesday and the highway between Lake Louise and the Saskatchewan River crossing will not be open before 5 o’clock Monday evening.
