Ghost River Crossing sold

A well-known executive retreat near Cochrane has been sold.

Coril Holdings bought the historic Ghost River Crossing for $4.2-million.

That’s a lot less than it was listed for; the original asking price was $6.5-million.

Coril is the same company that owns the downtown Hyatt Regency.

President Larry Shelley tells The Calgary Herald the company wants to keep the six-building property as a corporate retreat, but put in a few upgrades.
