If you’re planning to send someone a Valentine, you might want it to come from Saint-Valentin.
The post office in Saint-Valentin, Quebec is offering up a special service.
You can send them your Valentine’s Day card inside a bigger envelope and then they’ll postmark it and send it to your Valentine.
For 18 years now, the postmaster there has helped personalized more than 4-thousand messages and greeting cards from across the country and even from overseas.
Here’s what you have to do:
1. Properly address your greeting card and affix appropriate postage
2. Insert your letter/greeting card in a larger envelope, again with the correct postage and send it to :

3. The postmark will be affixed and your greeting card sent to your Valentine.
For a destination within the province of Quebec, allow at least six working days for your card to reach Saint-Valentin, be canceled with the special postmark and reach your loved one. Allow more time for other destinations within or outside Canada.
