If you’ve ever wondered how wildlife survive in the Antarctica wonder no more.
Wednesday evening Calgary Zookeeper Garth Irvine will be offering a fascinating look at the wildlife and amazing views that exists in the South Pole.
Irvine tells 660News the presentation includes pictures, videos and stories following a recent visit the Zookeeper made to the region about a year ago.
He says one of the most interesting things he managed to capture was a leopard seal that was no more than five metres away.
The event will take place at the Discovery Centre from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
