Off-leash parks planned for core

Downtown pet lovers may not have to hop in their car when Fido wants to go for a walk.

The city is looking at adding two off-leash dog parks in the core.

It’s one of the key recommendations in a review of off-leash areas around Calgary.

The new parks are expected to be announced in the spring.
