More than 20 police officers were on scene surrounding a home in Temple Sunday afternoon, as a man who was suspected to have a gun was reportedly threatening himself and police.
After a few hours of negotiation, the man surrendered without incident and was arrested.
Police believe he was the only person in the home.
Officers were called by the man’s father who was concerned about his son’s well being.
Several blocks of Temple Road NE were closed as a result.
